Nice content, keep me updated!

Fresh01 is proud to share a creative partnership with The Cordwallis Group representing Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, MAN Truck, Isuzu Truck, and Mercedes-Benz Truck across London and the Thames Valley.

With dealerships in Heathrow, Maidenhead, Bicester, and Reading, The Cordwallis Group, have to stay front of mind with customers and ahead of the competition. Part of this strategy means keeping your branding, web presence and marketing engine running at full speed. But with a small internal marketing team and no dedicated design resource, that’s easier said than done.

Fresh fills that gap and super charges the team.

Over the 18 months, we’ve worked closely with the Cordwallis team to provide hands-on creative support across brand, digital, content and campaign roll outs. Our role has been simple: to bring energy, consistency and clarity to everything they do, while freeing up their internal team to focus on strategy, planning and customer engagement.

A refreshed brand with more digital impact

One of our first tasks was to give the Cordwallis identity a visual tune-up. While the core elements were in place, the colour palette needed more vibrancy and punch, particularly across digital channels where clarity and impact are key. By enhancing the key colours, we helped create a bolder, more consistent identity that works harder across web, social and print.

Simplifying and strengthening the digital presence

The website is the main touchpoint for customers exploring new and used sales, aftersales and availability, it is also there to share more about the Cordwallis network. We worked to simplify the user journey and create a more scalable structure that the team could build on over time. Alongside visual updates, we focused on clarity and usability to make it easier for customers to find what they needed, faster.

Given the technical nature of the site, for example integrations with the AutoTrader API, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and third-party APIs, our creative approach was shaped around functionality as much as aesthetics. The result is a site that balances strong design with performance and practicality.

Supporting campaigns for  VW ID BUZZ, and EV day

From Reading to Heathrow, Bicester to Maidenhead, Cordwallis runs an active marketing calendar full of seasonal promotions, internal campaigns and location-specific events. We’ve supported them across it all, helping to bring ideas to life quickly and consistently. That has included everything from specific campaigns for the VW ID BUZZ, and EV day, World Cup giveaways and Christmas advent calendars to team golf days and go-karting events.

We’ve also helped develop internal initiatives that celebrate team values and service quality, making sure the creative feels just as polished and purposeful internally as it does externally.

Content and collateral that works harder

We’ve supported the growth of their blog from the ground up, helping turn the site into more of a knowledge hub. The content we’ve produced focuses on topics relevant to Cordwallis’ customers and services, helping boost SEO and establish authority within the sector.

On the print side, we’ve created a full suite of branded marketing materials, from brochures and flyers to signage and digital assets. One highlight is their quarterly parts brochure. Created as a premium A4 Brochure, it also features online as an interactive digital edition. With brands like TengTools, Durite and Haldex, VW, MAN and ISUZU featured throughout, the brochure reinforces Cordwallis’ strong supplier relationships and sector positioning.

A seamless extension of the internal team

A big part of our value lies in our ability to integrate with Cordwallis’ in-house team. With no dedicated design resource, they rely on us to plug that gap, giving them the agility to move quickly, maintain consistency and deliver on ideas with confidence.

From new product launches to fast-turnaround campaigns, the team regularly brings us in to collaborate on concepts, shape creative and produce final assets across channels. Throughout it all, we’ve worked within the brand guidelines of major manufacturers like Isuzu, Volkswagen, Mercedes and MAN, ensuring brand compliance without losing creative flair.

Looking ahead

It’s been a productive and collaborative partnership built on creativity and shared momentum. As the Cordwallis team continues to grow its brand and customer base, we’re proud to be alongside them, helping to keep their creative wheels turning.
