RiskPal.

How do you help create and brand a market-leading SaaS platform like RiskPal? You make it intuitive and unique, create accessible training and put it in front of an audience that never knew it needed something so revolutionary. (And, partner with a creative agency like Fresh01!)

RiskPal is continuing to revolutionise the health and safety space, calling for an effective and user-friendly risk assessment process that benefits the user, the business and everyone in between. Risk assessments are essential to any business, even if it’s not everyone’s favourite activity!

So, let’s start by taking a look at how RiskPal looks. (good, right?) Their one-of-a-kind SaaS platform needed a fresh perspective from a team who knew how to simplify complicated things – which is where we came in. We worked closely with their developers to optimise the UI and UX of their platform. This ongoing process is informed by user feedback, feature updates and the ever-expanding ambitions of RiskPal.

But how do you launch a product with no market or a market unaware of what you have created? And how do you brief a team on what it is Riskpal does? Luckily, they didn’t have to introduce a new design team; by continuing to work with Fresh01, we could use insights and knowledge of their SaaS platform to holistically market the product and brand. Through working with RiskPal, we have learned about their industry and brand, allowing us to develop content that appeals to their unique market and create new campaigns to grow their audience.

Uniquely positioned as a multifaceted agency, we were able to provide a retainer model as a long-term solution for providing marketing and design solutions for RiskPal. We act as RiskPal’s entire design, marketing and strategy team. We collaborate with their business managers, developers and key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of their platform, onboarding, and promotion are aligned with the brand values, voice and ambition.
