The existing Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) website was difficult to update. It was cluttered with information overload, overuse of colour and unnecessary jargon. There wasn’t enough call to action opportunities and the members had a difficult user experience when accessing the website’s extranet.


Fresh01 streamlined the IA, altered all the UX-components and redesigned they site from the ground up, around a user-friendly WordPress theme. We also redesigned the all of the branding elements and reincorporated a new visual language, including iconography and imagery.


The new website was successfully delivered on time and to budget. The results showed a fast-loading, hard-working website that is completely robust. The new user-interface was clean and easy to update, which allowed the sales team to work more efficiently in uploading members content. The marketing team were also able to use the content in a much more user-friendly way without having to worry about confusing jargon. The SEO value of the site has gone up substantially and now has an excellent Google ranking.
