Marketing Presentations Branding Hubspot Events

– The Challenge

Optio Group is one of the largest independently owned specialty managing general agents, combining expert underwriting with technology to deliver insurance products for complex and niche risks.

The group operates across eight countries, covering professional indemnity, healthcare, transportation, marine, property and energy, political violence, cyber and transactional liability.

Optio needed to present a confident group identity while explaining an extensive portfolio of products, specialist teams and associated businesses. Its existing identity also required greater clarity and discipline so it could work consistently across digital platforms, printed materials, events and a growing family of businesses.

– Our Approach

Fresh01 revamped and rationalised Optio’s visual identity, creating clearer brand guidelines that documented how it should be applied across different communications.

The work refined typography, colour, imagery, graphic devices and layout without discarding the recognition already associated with the brand.

This refreshed identity was applied to a new group website built in HubSpot using HubL, HTML and CSS. More than 20 pages were created to explain the group, its specialist products, values and expertise. Specialist content was organised into a structure that was easier to navigate while retaining the technical depth expected within insurance.

More than 30 new images were sourced and edited for web and print, giving Optio a broader visual library. The identity has since been applied across brochures, event and exhibition graphics, leadership presentations, campaign imagery and communications for associated businesses and specialist product areas.

– The Outcome

The work gave Optio a clearer, more adaptable brand system capable of supporting the continued growth of the group.

The rationalised identity and documented guidelines provided internal teams and external partners with a practical framework for producing communications consistently across different formats, countries and business areas.

The website brought group, product and specialist content into one coherent digital environment, while the wider visual library and ongoing creative support extended the same consistency across print, events, campaigns and internal materials.
