Fresh01 won a competitive pitch to supply graphic design, e-Learning and extensive marketing collateral and branding to global defence specialist Lockheed Martin.
Because of the high-risk nature of their business, Lockheed Martin’s employees undergo advanced training to help them identify and mitigate potentially dangerous situations. Historically, this has been done with face-to-face training, but this can be costly and time-consuming, particularly for a company with such a sizeable workforce. Furthermore, there is limited oversight to ensure that employees have internalised and retained the information, which can be a problem in such a large organisation, particularly when safety is at stake.
The Security International Operations team at the global headquarters in Bethesda, USA needed to communicate to their population a thorough knowledge of travel security and safety. Fresh01 embarked on a series of highly immersive e-Learning modules that are packaged up in one educational piece called SECOND NATURE®.
The current course is in US English and the core modules are translated into Polish, French, Turkish and Spanish. The course is described as ‘An interactive, international security e-Learning course that provides travelers with advanced security skills prior to their departure to promote a safe and productive trip. Empowering the learner to travel with increased confidence as the security skills and resources in this course become Second Nature.’
Fresh01 developed all scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, provided filming on location and delivered all post-production, including a unique soundtrack and all soundscaping at ‘The cow shed’, our in-house recording studio.
Recently, we have secured a licence agreement with Lockheed Martin to resell the course and more information can be found at the course website here: secondnature.training
