To bring WGC’s events to life, we created a full suite of event collateral, including physical assets such as pull-up banners, A3 posters, and customised stage designs, alongside digital graphics optimised for social media and pre-event promotion. Each piece is designed to capture attention, maintain brand cohesion, and create a memorable impression, enhancing the event’s atmosphere and emphasising WGC’s professionalism. We also designed rolling slides and slide decks for various sessions throughout each event, tailoring each set to support key messages, enhance presentation flow, and create a cohesive visual experience. These rolling slides, along with custom slide decks for keynote and breakout sessions, keep WGC’s branding consistent and engaging across every presentation, contributing to a polished, professional environment that reflects WBA’s standards.
Video content has also played a central role in enhancing engagement, both during and after each event. In the lead-up to WGC events, we created shortlist announcement videos to build anticipation across social channels.
